CIRN Networking event for Europe's Circular Innovators and Investors. Starting at 09:30!

Unique networking opportunities in Europe's circular economy

CIRN continues with the series of sessions designed as networking opportunities for European circular businesses, experts, and investors in an engaging, dynamic format. Organised by the Circular Investment Readiness Network initiative, the 8th CIRN session will take place online on 25 February from 10:00-11:00.

The session will enable participants to interact through one-to-one meetings using a dedicated scheduling app, the Conversation starter, which allows for meaningful knowledge exchange through tailored conversations. Through the platform, participants can either schedule personalised one-to-one meetings with thematic experts or be partnered up with peers in line with your preferences. By connecting circular start-ups, experts and investors from across the EU, the initiative seeks to strengthen collaboration and accelerate investment in circular innovation.

The session will consist of 3 networking meetings, of 12 ' each.

Guus Ter Haar, Director of Impact at Circle Economy will be introducing the session. As a biologist-turned-changemaker, he has dedicated his career to solving systemic issues and market failures, specifically in tropical and temperate agri-commodities. Guus has worked directly with and created connections between farmer co-ops, supranational bodies, institutional funders, tech providers, national governments, and supply chain actors to drive sustainable change. He now focuses on accelerating the transition towards a more just and circular society, one that operates within planetary boundaries and social foundations.
